Receptionist at DENTSMILE Sundsvall

We at DENTSMILE are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented receptionist for our new clinic Dentsmile Drakstaden in Sundsvall!

As a receptionist, you are our face to the outside world and the first contact for our patients. You play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment, both in the waiting room and over the phone.

Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming and receiving patients
• Answering calls and managing bookings
• Administrative tasks and record management
• Collaborating with other staff to create an efficient workflow

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in service roles, preferably in healthcare or dentistry
• Is positive, flexible, and has good communication skills
• Thrives in a role with many points of contact
• Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems

Previous experience as a receptionist in dentistry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
